We can advise you of a good mortgage broker if you do not have one. We find the majority of our clients like dealing through mortgage brokers as they have access to many different lending institutions, visit you at home or at work (saving you time) and give great independent advice on different loan options and levels available to you.
Many of the institutions can issue you with a pre-approved finance certificate, so you know what you can afford to spend. This avoids disappointment, saves you lots of time and can remove the need to include a finance clause in your offer. This is more attractive to the vendor.
