I have had the most amazing experience in selling a house; who do you use to market your property is always a difficult decision. After receiving three marketing proposals I choose Shane and Julie Robinson of One Agency; but immediately thought, “have I chosen the right agency” – small office, few salespersons, what’s their market share and every other reason I should have considered one of the larger National Agencies.

One of the greatest features of One Agency was that the vendor deals with the lister only – all other salespersons buyers are referred through the lister – this way I knew what was happening at all times – there was no salesperson competing with their fellow salesperson to get the first agreement accepted.
